Product Reviews
Excellent Sour--Potent!By Clark on 11/09/2024
This was a fun brew to make, and the end result was terrific. You have lots of options here, like which flavor to use, how much of that flavor, and how much of the sour yeast. I used 3 ounces of the blackberry flavoring and the full yeast packets. It was REALLY sour, which forces you to slow down when drinking it. Turned into a great fall drink, though that level of sour might not be for everyone. I think most people won't want to use the full sour yeast packet--I'm not sure I want to next time--but the finished product was really enjoyable.
