Brewed this early November of this year, used the ceremix and ondea duo with a rising step mash. I did decide to add 2 extra pounds of dark roasted millet gold finich I had from previous purchase. The original gravity came in at 1.062 and finished at 1.012 . The beer pours with a "creamy soft brown head" and in less than 2 weeks in keg is already clearing up beautifully. Has good pumpkin spice up front and even though the beer finished at 1.012 it had good body. The complexity of the malt profile really let's this beer shine. I also fermented at 70° just to let some Ester's provoke the spice characteristics to really pop. Great beer and I will be putting this into my yearly rotation. Thanks GFHB!
