Mash Buster Bundle

The Mash Buster Bundle includes Ceremix® Flex Liquid Enzyme, Ondea Pro Liquid Enzyme Complex, pH adjusters, and measuring tools — everything needed to unlock higher mash efficiency and fermentable sugar production in gluten-free all-grain brewing. Bundle includes: Ceremix® Flex Liquid Enzyme - 4 OZ, Ondea Pro Liquid Enzyme Complex - 4 OZ, pH Test Strips - 4.6 - 6.2 Range, and a 25ML Plastic Measuring Cylinder.

●Ceremix® Flex (labeled 'Liquid Starch De-Branching Enzyme') dose recommendation: 1–2 mL each per pound of malt based on a 1.25 qt/lb liquor-to-grist ratio (For full-volume BIAB, start with at least 2–4 mL each and increase as needed); published pH range: 4 - 5.5 at 25C
●Ondea Pro (labeled 'Liquid Enzyme Complex') dose recommendation: 1–2 mL each per pound of malt based on a 1.25 qt/lb liquor-to-grist ratio (For full-volume BIAB, start with at least 2–4 mL each and increase as needed); published pH range: 4.6 - 5 at 25C
