I was looking for something to go with chicken soup for a weeknight dinner, and I pulled this bag out of the cupboard. I had the rest of the ingredients on hand, and my three-year-old had fun helping me pour and mix. The bread has a rich malty flavor and a nice texture. It’s similar to cornbread, and I’m looking forward to eating it with chili tomorrow.
