Developed in collaboration with Bierly Brewing in McMinnville Oregon. Roca Creek Porter 3-In-1 Booster Kit enhances gluten-free beers with roasted malt flavor, dark color, and fuller body. Perfect for porters and dark ales. It can be brewed either as a partial mash or as a *mini-mash (what we call "partial grain") using a BIAB method.

*The mini-mash option involves conducting a small-scale mash with the included grain, allowing the grain to contribute fermentable sugars, color, and flavor. This process reduces the amount of sorghum extract required in the recipe while adding depth and complexity to the finished beer.
