Description:
Pale ale made with pearle and saaz hops
Ingredients:
- 7 lbs Sorghum Liquid Extract (prior to boil)
- 1.5 lbs Table Sugar (prior to boil)
- 0.75 oz Pearle Hops (60 min)
- 0.25 oz Pearle Hops (30 min)
- 1 oz Saaz Hops (15 min)
- 1 pkg SafBrew Ale S-33

Procedure:
Bring waterto boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
