Yield: 6 gallons

Description:

Stingless Honey Blonde Ale is a crisp, refreshing gluten-free blonde ale built on a clean sorghum extract base and naturally carbonated with honey for a delicate floral lift and smooth finish. Designed specifically for gluten-free brewing, this simple and elegant recipe highlights how alternative fermentables can produce a bright, approachable ale without sacrificing flavor or balance. Light additions of Magnum and Saaz hops provide soft bitterness and subtle herbal character, allowing the gentle sweetness and aromatics of the honey to shine through. The result is a highly drinkable, golden-hued gluten-free ale with a smooth mouthfeel, lively carbonation, and a clean, refreshing profile perfect for warm weather and easy sipping.
