Description:
Ale made with wildflower honey, sweet orange peel and lemon
Ingredients:
- 7 lbs Sorghum Syrup (prior to boil)
- 1 oz German Perle Hops (45 min)
- 6 oz Lemon Juice (30 min)
- 1 lb Wildflower Honey (20 min)
- 1 oz Sweet Orange Peel (10 min)
- 1 oz Mt. Hood Hops (5 min)
- 1 pkg Nottingham Yeast

Procedure:
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops, finings and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
After adding lemon juice, stir wort every 5 min
Remove brew pot from heat when honey is added, return to boil once dissolved.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
