Description:
Pilsner style beer made with sorghum and finished with honey
Ingredients:
- 3.75 lbs Sorghum Liquid Extract (prior to boil)
- 1 lbs Brown Rice Syrup (prior to boil)
- 1 oz Hallertauer Hops (60 min)
- 0.5 oz Cascade Hops (10 min)
- 0.5 oz East Kent Goldings Hops (flameout)
- 2 lbs Honey (flameout)
- 2 pkgs SafLager West European Lager S-23

Primary Ferment: 14 days at 60 degreesBeer Profile

Procedure:
Bring waterto boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
