  • 8 lbs Pale Millet Malt (Grouse Malting)
  • 4 lbs 3 oz Flaked Corn
  • 24 mL Ondea Pro Liquid Enzyme
  • 24 mL Ceremix Clex Liquid Enzyme
  • Fermentis Saflager W-34/70 yeast

Procedure:

Rising step mash:
124-128F for 30 min
145F for 75 min
172-176 for 30 min

60 minute boil:
1.33 oz Liberty hops (4.3% AA) for full 60 min
1 oz Liberty hops (4.3% AA) at flameout

Fermentis Saflager W-34/70 yeast
