Beer Style: American Pale Ale, Herb and Spice, Specialty
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 5 gallons

Description:

Perfect for gluten-free beer homebrewers, this recipe brings together gluten-free grains like millet and rice malt to deliver an approachable yet flavorful brew. Designed to be brewed with your gluten-free ingredients and hops, you’ll enjoy robust flavor and satisfying body while staying true to gluten-free brewing techniques. We resurrected a recipe that was among the first few dozen recipes to be added to our recipes database. Then we modified a grain bill from a current recipe kit that we sell that also includes herbs and spices. The merger of both recipes makes for a great springtime gluten-free ale that can be enjoyed well into the hot summer months. Add this to your gluten-free beer recipe collection to expand your homebrew repertoire.
