  • 1.5 oz Willamette 4.7 AA
  • 1.4 oz Czech Saaz 2.8 AA
  • Yeast:
  • Cellar Science GERMAN

Primary Ferment: 7 - 10 days
Secondary Ferment: 7 - 10 days

Recommended Mash Regime – Rising Step Mash utilizing Ceremix

Dough In - 132F (target 125F) pitch 20 ml Ceremix Flex - 5 minutes
First Hold - 125F - 20 minutes
Rise - 125F to 175F over 60 minutes
Second Hold - 175F 45 minutes

Hops Time IBU
Willamette 60 minutes 23.6 IBU
Czech Saaz 15 minutes 3.9 IBU
Czech Saaz Whirlpool at 194F for 10 minutes 1.4 IBU

Nutrients
2.5 g Fermaid O at 50% attenuation
