Description:

Craft a smooth and satisfying gluten-free beer with this homebrew recipe that makes uses gluten-free malts and sorghum syrup suited for gluten-free beer brewing at home.   • 8 oz Biscuit 4L Rice Malt
  • 8 oz Munich Millet Malt

  • 6.60 lb Briess Sorghum Extract 45DE

  • 1.00 oz Centennial Hops (60 min)
  • 0.50 oz Cascade Hops (15 min)
  • 1.00 oz Citra Hops (6 min)
  • 1.00 oz Mosaic Hops (6 min)
  • 0.50 oz Cascade Hops (Dry Hop 5 days)
  • 1.00 oz Mosaic Hops (Dry Hop 5 days)
  • 1.00 oz Citra Hops (Dry Hop 5 days)

  • 8 oz Maltodextrin (10 min)
