Description:

Craft a smooth and satisfying gluten-free beer with this homebrew recipe that makes uses gluten-free malts and sorghum syrup suited for gluten-free beer brewing at home.   • Briess Sorghum Extract 45DE 6.60 lb
  • 8 oz Biscuit 4L Rice Malt and 8 oz Munich Millet Malt 16 oz Mash
  • Centennial (IBU: 37.2) 1.00 oz Pellet Boil 60 min
  • Cascade (IBU: 6.5) 0.50 oz Pellet Boil 15 min
  • Whirlfloc 1 each Boil 10 min
  • Maltodextine 8 oz Boil 10 min
  • Citra (IBU: 13.8) 1.00 oz Pellet Boil 6 min
  • Mosaic (IBU: 19.0) 1.00 oz Pellet Boil 6 min
  • Verdant IPA 1 packet
  • Dry Hopping:
  • Cascade (IBU: 0.0) 0.50 oz Pellet Dry Hop 5 days
  • Mosaic (IBU: 0.0) 1.00 oz Pellet Dry Hop 5 days
