Ingredients:
- 20 LBS Biscuit 4L Rice Malt (Termamyl SC DS and SEBAmyl L version)
- 15 LBS Biscuit 4L Rice Malt (Ceremix Flex and Ondea Pro version)
- 7 OZ Cascade Hops
- 1 Whirlfloc tablet
- 1 sachet US-05 Ale Yeast

Procedure:
Perform single infusion or reverse step mash (Click 'Resources' > 'Tutorials' > 'All Grain Brewing Tutorial') for 90 - 120 total minutes using 15-25 ml Termamyl, and 15-25 ml SEBAmyl L enzymes
Perform rising step mash (Click 'Resources' > 'Tutorials' > 'All Grain Brewing Tutorial') for 85 - 135 total minutes using Ceremix-Flex and Ondea Pro enzymes per dosing recommendations.
SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.
BOIL INSTRUCTIONS:
2.75 oz Cascade (IBU: 49.1) Pellet (60 min)
1 Whirlfloc tablet (10 min)
2.25 oz Cascade (IBU: 14.6) Pellet (10 min)
Dry Hop:
2 oz Cascade (IBU: 0.0) Pellet Dry Hop (7 days)
