Description:
Belgian Blonde Ale is a crisp, approachable gluten-free blonde ale that captures classic Belgian character using a carefully balanced blend of sorghum syrup, rice extract, and cane sugar. Designed specifically for gluten-free brewing, this recipe creates a light golden beer with a clean fermentation profile, subtle fruitiness, and gentle spice from traditional Perle and Saaz hops. The use of simple sugars helps achieve a dry, refreshing finish, while proper nutrient additions support healthy fermentation in a gluten-free wort. Bright, smooth, and easy-drinking, this recipe demonstrates how thoughtfully selected gluten-free ingredients can produce a refined Belgian-style ale with excellent drinkability.
