Ingredients:
- 6 lbs Sorghum Syrup
- 3 lbs Raspberry puree
- 0.5 oz Hallertau Hops
- 1 oz Tettnang Hops
- 6 oz Maltodextrin
- 1 tsp Irish Moss
- 1 pkg SafAle S-33 or LalBrew Abbaye yeast

Procedure:
Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 3 lbs sorghum syrup (this prevents scorching the syrup), return to boil allow to achieve hot break.
6 oz Maltodextrin @ 60 minutes
0.5 oz Hallertau Hops @ 60 minutes
0.5 oz Tettnang Hops @ 30 minutes
1 tsp Irish Moss @ 15 minutes
0.5 oz Tettnang Hops @ 10 minutes
3 lbs Sorghum Syrup @ flameout
1 pkg SafAle S-33 or LalBrew Abbaye yeast
