Have shared with friend and family and they have all enjoyed it! Original gravity was 1.051 and final gravity was 1.10, no enzymes. Mashed with a bit over 3 gallons since my temp probe was a bit below that make in the pot. Also seemed to help keep the temperature more stable. Will likely purchase again.
