DESCRIPTION

Telosian Hidden Lager is a clean, crisp, light-bodied lager designed for brewers who want a refined, easy-drinking beer with subtle complexity and a smooth, refreshing finish. Built around a balanced malt foundation and restrained bitterness, this recipe delivers a bright, golden lager character with gentle grain sweetness and a clean, dry finish. Designed for simplicity in the brewhouse, this recipe avoids the need for traditional cold-lager fermentation. A carefully selected yeast strain produces a remarkably clean profile at standard ale temperatures, making it accessible to brewers without specialized temperature control. The result is a smooth, highly drinkable “hidden” lager—clean in structure, subtle in depth, and quietly complex in finish. For brewers able to ferment under true lager conditions, a traditional lager yeast may also be used to create a more authentic lager character and fermentation profile.
