Go Ferm Protect(TM) - 2 oz

Go-Ferm Protect™ strengthens the yeast membrane making it stronger and more resistant to the stresses of fermenting gluten-free beer. It also optimizes the uptake and assimilation of microprotectors and micronutrients during rehydration. Go-Ferm Protect™ does not contain any Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) which contains inorganic nitrogen that can be harmful to the yeast during the rehydration process. GO-Ferm Protect™ is usually used in conjunction with Fermaid K and/or Fermaid O yeast nutrients.
