Spalt Pellet Hops - 1 oz

Spalt hops will impart a flowery, fruity, and spicy aroma. This hop is generally used as an aroma hop late in the boil, and will provide a distinctly hoppy character to the gluten-free beer brewed.

Alpha-Beta Ratio: 0.5 - 1.8
Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 20 – 25%
