Extra hoppy IPA made with an intense hops schedule and 147.8 IBUs! (The recipe says 120 IBUs because that is the highest amount I programed into this website becuase I never thought I would come across a recipe that would go higher than that!)

Procedure:
Bring waterto boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
Dry hop after racking to secondary.
